A WHOLISTIC APPROACH TO CHANGE AND CONFLICT MANAGEMENT
EXECUTIVE AND LEADERSHIP COACHING
I work with leaders at all levels of an organization including senior executives, team leaders and members as well as small business owners. Clients in these coaching engagements often seek to attain specific organizational outcomes or personal professional development goals. Coaching helps leaders bridge the gap between their goals and their personal development leading to improved conflict management approaches, enhanced communication, organization and leadership skills. I offer both individual and group coaching options.
As a transition coach, I help individuals plan and achieve intended changes in their lives such as changing careers, planning for retirement, (or the next chapter), pursuing a long-standing dream or living a more purpose-filled and meaningful life. I also helps clients navigate their way through unexpected and unintended changes such as job or personal loss or perplexing doldrums.
As a conflict coach, I help individuals and groups develop effective and authentic conflict management skills and behaviors. I coach clients who are in the midst of a conflict as well as clients who are seeking to enhance their conflict management skills. In a conflict coaching engagement, I help clients identify goals for personal and skill development, explore their current conflict patterns and behaviors, and develop and implement a plan for change, using their current circumstances and relationships as a learning environment.
