NANCY PIONK

A WHOLISTIC APPROACH TO CHANGE AND CONFLICT MANAGEMENT

TESTIMONIAL

"Nancy Pionk was my career coach back in 2016/2017. She provided me with several valuable sessions. Nancy offered me a lot of insights on management of my career, on building my work relationships, and on creating coping mechanisms to be successful in the modern stressful business environment. Nancy was professional and also sensitive in her approach. She helped me reinforce some of the positive behaviors that I need to continue to grow in my career. Nancy was consistent, positive, supportive. She allowed me to learn new skills in resilience and perseverance. I am now applying some of her techniques and approaches in my coaching work with executives with my employer. I recommend Nancy to anyone who needs a continuing professional development."

WHAT LAST NAME SHOULD I USE?

"Nancy Pionk coached me through a decision I was feeling quite ambivalent about. I wanted to change my last name due to the fact that I didn't feel connected to the last name I was born with, or the name of my mother's second husband that I'd had most of my life. She asked me questions I spent time reflecting on and she framed the decision in a way that allowed me to get the clarity I was seeking. In the end, I chose my mother's maiden name and feel much more settled and at peace with that aspect of my identity as a result. I liked the way Nancy didn't give me advice but, rather offered questions that guided me to discover what worked for me."
